Built in 1926, this home presented the opportunity to celebrate nearly a century of architectural character while thoughtfully adapting it for modern living. Rather than reinventing the space, the design focused on enhancing what made the home special from the beginning.
Original features—including the arched windows, fireplace, and timeless architectural details—became the foundation for every design decision. A fresh palette, refinished hardwood floors, custom window treatments, updated lighting, and a hand-painted mural were carefully layered throughout the home, creating a dialogue between old and new.

The furnishings and finishes were intentionally curated to feel collected rather than decorated, blending vintage-inspired elements with contemporary pieces to create warmth, depth, and personality.
